History
I have over 20 years experience in communications with 13 years in the work health and safety industry. I’ve worked for both NSW safety regulators, the workers compensation insurer and the workers compensation independent review office.
I’ve seen the damage poor communication and sweeping problems under the rug can do. I have also witnessed and experienced bullying, sexual harassment, discrimination, poor leadership and mental health stigma – some at the hands of agencies meant to regulate these issues.
I’m on a mission to bring light to these issues to improve psychological safety, mental health and wellbeing in the workplace.

About Neon Shed
Neon Shed exists to bring light to the 7 dark sides of work and support individuals and organisations to eliminate these issues.
Remember being young and afraid of the dark? In the shadows you were sure you saw a monster… But once you turned the light on, it disappeared. The monster was only a sock, a toy, a shadow.
That’s what I do. I work with companies that understand they have some dark corners and aren’t afraid to bring light in. I shine a light on the issue to lessen the burden and reduce the fear. I provide tools that ensure positive change.
My vision is for a world where people know their rights, have the courage to demand a safe workplace and are empowered to speak up when they see the dark sides of work. A world where leaders and employers know how to prevent and manage these issues, and repair the harm where they can.
What's important to me
I’m committed to spreading joy, positivity, meaning and laughter.
I’m always open to collaborating with individuals and organisations on ways we can leverage our skills and add value to the world.
