If you feel burnout setting in, if you feel demoralised and exhausted, it is best for the sake of everyone, to withdraw and rest and restore yourself

We often spend too much time working and not enough time enjoying life. When we stop prioritising ourselves, everything starts to suffer including our health, our relationships and our inner peace.
In 2016 I fell apart. I burnt out from working 10-12 hour days with no breaks, most weekends and taking no time to fill my cup and enjoy self care. After a build up of almost 10 years of increasing work and stress, my body finally had enough.
For almost 5 years I’ve been rebuilding. With the help of some amazing professionals I significantly increased my self care, set boundaries, improved my diet and sleeping patterns, and reduced my body’s stress and anxiety responses.
In 2021 I’ll be launching a retreat with multiple programs to help people prevent and recover from burnout.
