What an incredible year 2023 turned out to be! Check out some of the highlights:
We had an incredible opportunity to host a workshop at 23rd World Congress on Safety & Health at Work in Sydney on 27 November.
We met so many incredibly passionate WHS and HR professionals who are truly dedicated to supporting their team and workplaces to continually improve, evolve and make sure they go home safely.
World First Lived Experience Summit
We hosted our second annual virtual Summit and it was a World First for bullying and sexual harassment! The feedback was incredible including:
- I wish I had these tools when I managed incidents
- This has helped me more than years of therapy!
- Blown away! This is amazing and will facilitate systemic change!
- I’ve been in HR for many years – this gives me optimism!
The Summit is available for lifetime access and provides Courage, Options and Solutions as well as a rare opportunity to hear from psychologists, injured workers and leaders who live and breathe this work.
Under the Rug at Work Podcast
Under the Rug had 21 guests who shared their stories, experiences and insights on topics we normally sweep under the rug at work. See all the guests and the topics we shed light on here.
Thank you to all the speakers and everyone who listened in. The feedback has been great and I can’t wait to kick off more conversations in 2024.
We’ll be back in late January with new topics and speakers. If you’d like to be a guest, get in touch!
It was an honour to win the ‘Most Empowering Founder and Chief Courage Officer (Australia)‘ in the 8th Acquisition International Magazine Influential Businesswomen Awards 2023!
